Customer Review: Good size but poor quality I use this case on a daily basis and have used it for about five months and by then both strap attachments and the handle broke and I am already having to look for a new case. It's fun to watch, and it really gets the floor clean. However, it has a major flaw--one that the manufacturers know about, and it comes with instructions about how to live with that flaw. IT HAS A PROBLEM PUTTING DOWN ANY WATER/CLEANER. When I took my Scooba out of the box, it wouldn't put down water, so I went through the troubleshooting guide, and sure enough, there was a solution. It said that sometimes the pumps get stuck and need to be primed...they even send along a syringe to help you with the problem. After working with it for a while I finally got it to put down water. All went well for a couple of months. Then it stopped putting down water again. No amount of coaxing or priming would produce any water. So I called the company for help. The technician told me that the problem couldn't be fixed, and it was just best to toss the Scooba in the trash.
